Here are the most frequently asked questions about our modkits, remapper sets, custom controllers or controller services.
How long are the delivery times?
We try to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Some products are packed quickly and therefore shipped quickly. Other products require more time to complete, for example complex custom PS5 controllers. Sometimes it can happen that individual parts arrive with a few days delay and so even “faster” products can only be shipped after 3-4 working days.
The delivery time also depends on demand, at peak times (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday) the processing time may be slightly longer.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
We always adhere to our processing time, our processing time is 3-max. 10 working days, should there be unexpected delays we will contact you.
Asking exactly when something will be shipped unnecessarily blocks our customer service resources and in no case causes an order to arrive earlier, rather the opposite. We are a small company, we try to offer the best possible customer service and at the same time ship orders as quickly as possible. Please bear with us if it takes a few days to get back to you, you will not be ignored. I ordered the wrong set, the remapper or similar doesn’t fit in my controller
Unfortunately this happens more often, many people only pay attention to the last letter A in the model number of the controller and think that it is a BDM010/020. However, the letter is also an A for BDM030, the width of the lettering must also be taken into account, not just the letter.
But don’t worry, you can simply send the remapper (and Smarttrigger/Smartbuttons if applicable) back as a letter. Please do not use plain paper envelopes, they often break during transportation.

Include a note with the order number + correct BDM model number.
If you are still unsure exactly which model you have, unscrew your controller and check the circuit board. You have to unscrew the controller anyway to install our DIY products. The BDM model number is always on the controller board, e.g. BDM050 or BDM030. Simply write this number on the label.
Processing time for returns 3-10 working days.
Alternatively , you can simply reorder all the individual parts (remapper, smart trigger, smart button, etc.) here.
How can I send in a product for repair or return?
If there is a problem with one of our products, e.g. custom PS5 controllers or modkits, you can simply send them back to us.
We do not have a return label, the buyer must bear the return costs. In the case of justified warranty claims within the first 3 months, we will refund the return costs.
Please note that we only take back all DIY products and tools in new condition, partial refunds are still possible if, for example, only remappers are used and the rest is new. Individual products from orders can also be returned for a partial refund.

My controller has stick drift or other problems, can you fix it?
Yes, we can repair almost any PS4 and PS5 controller. Scuf Gaming, Aim, King, Lux or other manufacturers are also no problem.
We do not repair xBox, Nacon, or controllers that do not have an original Sony circuit board installed.
We can repair stick drift (Hallstick installation), defective paddles, defective smart triggers, batteries and much more. We cannot change aux sockets, but stick repair or other soldering work is no problem.
Defective controllers for repairs can simply be sent to us via our rebuild service as a “rebuild”. Also write a brief description of the fault on the note.

How do I program the paddles on the controller/programmable remapper?
The prerequisite is that your controller has a programmable remapper/programmable paddles installed by us. You can recognize this by the small red LED above the PS button in the loudspeaker “grid” that lights up briefly as soon as you switch on the controller.
You don’t need a PC or extra program for programming, the whole thing is simply done with a key combination on your controller.
Proceed as follows to program the paddles:
1. Switch on the controller
2. Press any paddle button (LED flashes red once)
3. Hold down the directional pad + X for 8 seconds -> until the LED is solid red
4. Press paddle button, then the button to be assigned (LED flashes 2 times) -> repeat for all paddles
5. Hold the control pad down for 2 seconds to exit programming mode -> LED goes out
Tip: If you want to reset/deactivate the paddles, hold down the left control pad + square for 5 seconds.
Controller modding is not for me, can you modify my controller for me?
Yes, that’s no problem. We can rebuild PS4 and PS5 controllers according to your wishes. Click here to go to our controller conversion service, where prices, procedure, address etc. are described.
You can also send us failed conversion attempts for troubleshooting/repair. If you have purchased DIY products from us, we will of course take this into account in the price. Please also send this in as a conversion and write the order number on the note.
My controller no longer works properly after the conversion, what should I do?
Test your controller on the PC via our controller test and calibration page – alternatively, there are also free apps for smartphones. This allows you to find out exactly which problems are present and fix them much better.

Here are a few troubleshooting tips for controller modding:
The controller can no longer be switched on after rebuilding the paddle -> have you installed the correct remapper? Do the holes/contact surfaces fit neatly over each other? If not, you can buy the right remapper separately here.
Individual buttons are not recognized, e.g. triangle/square -> remove the remapper and clean the contact surfaces, preferably with isopropanol. The contact surfaces on the circuit board and any smart buttons must also be cleaned. Sometimes there is a speck of dust or similar that prevents a clean contact.
L2 R2 does not work after Smartbutton conversion -> the original flex foil for the buttons on BDM030-BDM050 must remain installed, our Smartbutton flex foil is placed over it. You have to reinstall the original foil, alternatively you can solder a 10k Ohm resistor of 1.8V to the L2/R2 solder pad on the remapper or Smartbutton flex cable if you have soldering skills. This is quicker than installing the original foil if you have the equipment.
Programmable remapper cannot be programmed -> have you connected the flex cable for the power supply? This is swapped with the trigger flex cable at L12 and then plugged into the remapper or soldered to it with a cable. The flex cable ensures the power supply, otherwise the microchip gets too little current and cannot work properly. Alternatively, you can simply solder the power supply using the cables supplied. If you still have problems, send us photos of the installation so that we can help you.
One paddle does not work -> our DIY sets always come with replacement buttons, you can simply replace them and the problem should be solved.
The product is different from the one in the video -> we are constantly improving our products, some videos are already many years old and therefore no longer up to date. We are most active on TikTok and always up2date with our tutorials, the videos are cut short. It’s often quicker to swipe through a few videos until you find what suits your set instead of contacting us and waiting for feedback. Of course we are still here for you if you have any questions or problems, it just sometimes takes us a while to respond.
