Shipping & Delivery
Your controller will be sent as an insured parcel within 5-10 working days of receipt of payment. You will of course receive the tracking number by e-mail.
Warranty & repair
You receive the full statutory warranty. From the 3rd month onwards, the buyer bears the return costs. By the way, most parts are easy to replace yourself – we sell spare parts individually and show you how to do it in our YouTube or TikTok videos. Or we can take care of the repair for you – even outside of the warranty at fair prices.
